Yes – even Y-O-U, YOU! - can promote your listings via video on the web. It’s easy. All you need is a computer, high speed internet and a program called Windows Movie Maker. Most (if not all) Windows computers come with the program. If you would like to learn more about how to create your own listing videos, visit Windows Movie Maker tutorial. After you create your listing video, you can post it on YouTube which will allow you to actually embed the video directly on your website. The good news is it's all free. If you have any questions, email Mike Campagna and I'll be happy to help you get your video/slideshow going. Also, if there's enough of a demand for a class on how to do all this good stuff, we'll put one together. But I need to hear from you: Sign me up for a video creation class. For an example of what I'm talking about, check out these Sugar Pine Realty video/slideshows that are already online:
Finally, what good is creating a listing video and uploading it to YouTube? Well it's incredible good if you want to increase your business. It's all about maximum exposure on the world wide web in search engines, the online yellow pages, etc. And if you word the title of your listing video right, when someone searches for, as an example, "Sonora Twain Harte Real Estate," guess which video on YouTube will show up in their search? Yours.
