Keeping Your Clients Happy

Are you keeping your clients happy? Of course you are. This post is meant to remind you of another way you can make sure they're "real happy." In particular you can email your listing clients how often their listings are being viewed on your website. And you can do it pretty easily. Here's how: Log on to your Website Maintenance area. Click on the Listings tab (in the upper tab bar). Now that you're in your listings area (see picture) you'll notice to the right of each listing there is a column that reads "Seller Reports." Click on the "not set" link. This takes you to an area that you can configure so that your sellers receive reports. In this area you can set the notification to "On" or "Off," "Agent Only," "Seller Only," "Seller with a copy to the agent," etc., depending on what you want. You may want to set it to "Agent Only" first just to see how it looks (and view the actual stats!) before you set it for your seller. Your website will automatically email you. Besides our company site reminders to clients, Realtor.com has a place to e-mail stats as well. I do it once a week.
