ICE and PropertyNut

(This is a double blog post in one.) ICE: A pretty good suggestion showed up in my email box the other day. I guess paramedics and firefighters inevitably come across victims' cell phones at crash scenes. The problem is when they look at their contact lists, they have no way of telling who should be contacted. Thus was born the "ICE" idea. "ICE" stands for "In Case of Emergency." And so what they suggest you do is set up an "ICE" category on your mobile phone. Or you could just put the term "ICE" next to a particular contact or more. And so when emergency staff come across your body at an accident (hopefully not, but if they do, hopefully still with a pulse) they'll be able to get in touch with the most important people who need to know about what's happened. I think it's a great idea. PropertyNut: There's another free classified advertising site online called PropertyNut where you can advertise your real estate listings. I like to post Sugar Pine Realty listings anywhere and everywhere on the world wide web. Inputting never takes long. The bottom line - you just never know where a buyer will come from. (And that's what we're in need of these days - buyers!) CLICK HERE to set up a free account with PropertyNut. To view an example of a Sugar Pine Realty listing on PropertyNut, CLICK HERE.
