TransactionPoint Users: Let Your Voice Be Heard

As you may or may not have heard (no pun intended with the clip art in mind to the left), a transition has taken place in the management of TransactionPoint. Kelly, Diana and I (Mike C) will be managing the program for now. From the get-go, it is our desire to learn fast what we don't know and do our best to serve you. To this end we are inviting your comments as regards your experience with TransactionPoint. We would like to know about any problems you may have been having. And so we're asking that you email us. My biggest complaint was after "faxing" in my documents and getting confirmation, I would later learn, from the TP operator, that the documents--all or some--had not come through. AND the CD's were a mess!
