Tuolumne and Calaveras County Statistics

Happy Valentine's Day, everybody. Sorry, I don't have any chocolates for you, but what I do have is the latest MLS statistics - this time including some from Calaveras County, too! The data used comes from both the Tuolumne and Calaveras Multiple Listing Services and is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed. The first clickable picture is the year-to-year Tuolumne County comparisons for the first 14 days of February this year versus the entirety of February last year (all areas). (And so you can extrapolate times 2 to have an idea what the numbers will be like at the end of this month. For example, 9 Residential Sold to this point, so 9 times 2 equals 18 Residential Sold (potentially) by the end of February compared to 42 last year which equals a 57% drop.) The second clickable picture is the year-to-year Tuolumne County comparisons from January 1st to February 14th this year versus the entirety of January and February in 2007 (all areas). The third clickable picture is a Calaveras County chart tracking the Residential/Rural Units Sold for this year to February 14th versus the previous months including 2006 and 2007. And then finally, the fourth clickable picture is another Calaveras County chart tracking the Residential/Rural Volume Sold for this year to February 14th versus the previous months including 2006 and 2007. And if this just isn't enough statistics for you, as Arnold our governor once said, "I'll be back," with more soon. Let me know if you have any questions.
