Mother Lode Residential Average Sales Price Comparison Chart
Tweet |
Back at you again early this Monday morning with one more chart to go with the two last Friday. This is probably the most important chart of the three in what it communicates not only to real estate professionals, but to both buyers and sellers alike. (The chart is based on data from the Tuolumne Multiple Listing Service which is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed.) And I guess the bottom line of this chart is this: the Average Sales Price for Residential Listings Sold in the Mother Lode is edging ever closer to 2004 levels. In April 2008, the Average Sales Price for Residential Listings Sold was $296,375. In April 2004, the Average Sales Price for Residential Listings Sold was $282,821. We'll have to continue to watch this over the summer months to see if this is just a blip on the screen or a trend, but ultimately it's great news especially for buyers. The fact is it's becoming more and more just a real great time to buy a home. CLICK HERE to contact a Sugar Pine Realty representative today for more information.
