Sonora, CA. August 1, 2010 - Sugar Pine Realty announced today that it is becoming Real Living Sugar Pine Realty, a member of the fastest growing real estate network in the United States in order to offer even more services to the Central Sierra area of California home buyers and sellers. Real Living, an award-winning brand with 10,000 agents operating across the country, is positioned for the future because of its fresh brand, its rich suite of online tools for consumers and agents, and its ongoing commitment to invest in the services essential for success in this changing real estate climate.
"With our history of customer service through the Premier Service program, and our skilled and dedicated agents, Real Living was a perfect fit. The Real Living Franchise is the newest and most innovative franchise that is actually growing while others are shrinking, and growth is critical to business," Emmett Brennan, Real Living Sugar Pine Realty broker, said.
Today's announcement came as a result of a merger between GMAC Real Estate and Real Living on November 11, 2009. At that time, brokers were given the option of rebranding with Real Living or moving to another franchise. The merger was set in motion after Brookfield Residential Property Services (Brookfield RPS), which owns GMAC Real Estate, acquired Real Living Network Services, and merged the two organizations under the Real Living banner.
"We are very excited to have Sugar Pine Realty join us," said Harley E. Rouda, Jr, President of Real Living. "They are an outstanding organization with a strong local presence. Their excellent customer service, impressive commitment to community and high level of professionalism makes them an ideal partner. We look forward to working together."
Brennan who has been in real estate for 34 years, operates offices at East Sonora, Willow Springs, Sugar Pine, Copperopolis, Groveland, and Coulterville. He currently has 45 agents and serves the Central Sierra area of California.
"Look for our new red yard signs and informative, user-friendly Web site, sugarpinerealty.com that marks our transition to the next generation of real estate services," said Brennan. Real estate is changing, and so are we."
Eighty-five percent of consumers begin their home search online, according to the National Association of Realtors. Real Living Web sites post virtually all the homes on the market, complete with multiple photos, detailed property information, agent information and much more. Buyers and sellers have the ability to see real time listings, often before anyone else. The industry's first consumer directed web 2.0 portal, MyRealLiving, offers consumers an unparalleled ability to share, connect, store and engage in the home buying or selling process.
Real Living listings are also available on national real estate search sites including Google Base, Yahoo! Classified, www.Oodle.com and www. Propsmart.com. Our company website, sugarpinerealty.com, is by far the highest rated real estate website in the Mother Lode area for visits, pageviews, time on site, etc.
