You came here for the proven, fool proof way to sell any home, any time, anywhere, guaranteed. Right? Okay, so here you go: There isn't one. (Oh, but you didn't need me to tell you that.)

And I guess the bottom line point of this post ~ of course, it was written to see how many of you would click on it to read it, but moreso to bring to light what I'm convinced is a tendency of human beings towards looking for the easy money, get rich quick scheme, etc. (Did I just step on somebody's toes?) Or at least some of us are allured by it. Aren't we? We'll turn our heads to look. It captures our attention. That's why some of us go to the casino or play the lottery. Isn't it?

It says more about those that do as individuals and who they are, I think. Because whatever we come by too easily necessarily reinforces an appetite for more of that. We want more of what comes "easily." And more and more. Our muscle for those things that require work is diminished, becomes less and less and less. It is a vicious downward spiral (for some). Thoughts?
