We're at the halfway point of July today and so I thought it would be a good time for some quick Mother Lode sales numbers. You'll notice in the clickable picture below the Residential Unit Sales and Residential Volume Sales for January 1st-July 16th, 2008 compared to both 2007 and 2006, respectively. (The data used comes from the Tuolumne Multiple Listing Service and is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed.)
