UNIT SALES: May 2011 = 71; May 2010 = 66; +8%

VOLUME SALES: May 2011 = $13,375,687; May 2010 = $15,139,850; -12%

AVERAGE SALES PRICE: May 2011 = $188,389; May 2010 = $229,391; -18%
