I've got the latest Mother Lode market numbers for you to look at today. To begin with, you'll notice the overall sales picture including all sales classes. UNIT SALES: Dec 2011 = 82; Dec 2010 = 65; +26%
VOLUME SALES: Dec 2011 = $14,394,499; Dec 2010 = $12,521,910; +15%
AVERAGE SALES PRICE: Dec 2011 = $175,542; Dec 2010 = $192,644; -9%
