CMAs in the Age of Paragon
Tweet |
I wanted to remind you about the CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) packages that are available for your use on your listing appointments. I’ve included a recent example of one in this post (click here to view: CMA pg. 1-5; CMA pg. 6-12; CMA pg. 13-17) so that you get an idea of some of the pages that can and are included (depending on what you want). And then, of course, the CMAs are then bound in an attractive binder with the company logo. The new Paragon MLS offers the ability to create CMAs as well. Have you had a chance to check it out? I think the company package is more appealing, but then again maybe I’m a little biased (ya think?). The bottom line – if you would like my help in producing a CMA, email or fax me (Mike C.) the following information and I will put the package together for you: Client name; Property address, sq. ft. beds, baths; Recommended price; comparables. The only cost for the CMA is for the binder ($6.00). I’m independently wealthy. I don’t need any money. (Not!) : )

Paragon 3 has a great CMA package, unlike the old Paragon. Very impressive! Cheak it out.
