This is now the second video of three from last year's GMAC convention in Las Vegas. In this video President and CEO of GMAC Home Services, John Bearden, continues discussing his six point prescription to confront the present day challenges in real estate and ensure success. Among other things he emphasizes (and these are his words): "The most powerful and effective marketing asset you have [as a part of the GMAC real estate franchise] is the portfolio of comments from past customers plus your individual Premier Service satisfaction rating plus the Premier Service satisfaction rating of your company plus the industry leading 94% national Premier Service rating for GMAC Real Estate as a whole. Let me repeat. Nobody, and I mean nobody, has the ability to differentiate themselves with such a powerful arsenal of validations." And he's got just a whole lot more to say than this that I hope you'll take time to listen to. This video is only about four minutes. If you missed the first one, CLICK HERE to watch.
