Real Estate Blogging and Its Benefits
Tweet |
The stats are in. (At least through the first 8 days of December.) And what I have for you today to look at are the referral traffic numbers to the Sugar Pine Realty website coming from the Sugar Pine Realty blog. What you'll see measured in the clickable chart below is the number of page requests per month that come to sugarpinerealty.com via sugarpinerealty.blogspot.com and then that's broken down to the number of page requests per day in that particular month. And it's kind of fun to see how the traffic has gone up since the beginning 14 months ago to a peak this past October of more than 6,000 page requests. And it's just short of a 10-fold increase in traffic over the same time last year approximately (20 per day in November 2006; 200 per day in October 2007). And before you get to thinking like I'm just tooting my own horn with all this (since I'm so apt to do that, right?), actually my real motive in showing you these stats is to encourage you once again (with some concrete evidence this time) to take up blogging and to become a real estate blogger yourself. In short, real estate blogging is one of the best ways to maximize your internet presence which ultimately can lead to new clients and more business. For more information on the benefits of real estate blogging I've included some links below to a 3-part series on the subject posted on The Real Estate Tomato Blog. It ends up being a real quick read (maybe 10 or 15 minutes) that I think you'll appreciate. (The Real Estate Tomato Blog is one of the top blogs in our industry.)
