A Parcel Search Alternative
Tweet |
No doubt some of you have heard of First American's Agent First online application where, among other things, you can do parcel searches comparable to what you get with Parcel Quest. Well, if you haven't heard about it, I'm here to make sure you do. And basically, if you could click on each of the two pictures in this blog post so you can see the look of this parcel search and then give me your opinion. Do you think it's similar to Parcel Quest? And then, do you think this is something you'd be interested in as a real estate agent to have an account set up? And, by the way, don't let me forget to tell you that the best thing of all is it's free. Of course, I've whited out (with purple!) the owner's information, etc., on the Property Detail page since this will be seen all over the world wide web. But each of those fields was filled with relevant and up-to-date information. And I guess what's also good about this parcel search is that it gives you the tax information as well. (See bottom of Property Detail.) And then another thing that's good about it is you don't need a disk to use it (like Parcel Quest). You can just log on from any computer and pull up the information you need. I think it's a just good deal all around. But, of course, what do I know? It's your opinion that counts. I look forward to hearing from many of you thumbs up or thumbs down.
