Technology to Make a Realtor's® Life Easier
Tweet |
I've got some new technology to tell you about today. It's called Box.net. With Box.net you can store documents, pictures - anything you can think of - online for access from any computer anywhere and you can do it for free. Box.net offers both a free and a paid level for online file storage and internet file sharing. So how can Box.net benefit the real estate professional? Well for one thing, you could upload contracts, listing agreements, etc., to your Box.net account. You could then send the link to the documents to your clients so that they could download the files on their end. They could then print, sign and fax the documents back to you. It's that simple. And the benefit of doing it this way versus sending the docs via email is you avoid issues especially like the one I experienced the other day: the person I was emailing a larger contract file to, of course, their email box was over quota so that it got kicked back. Ahhh! I've got an example of a couple of files stored on Box.net so you can see it for yourself how it works: CLICK HERE or CLICK HERE. Again the technology is Box.net. Check it out when you can.
