A Successful Realtor® in One Word

So if you could choose one word that sets apart a successful realtor from an unsuccessful one, what would it be? I actually tweeted (asked) this question on twitter to not only get some feedback, but also to see if anyone would even come close to the word I had in mind. And when you see it you'll think it wasn't even fair to begin with? So are you ready for my one word? Drum roll, please. My one word is this: H-E-A-R-T. H-onesty (@nwhalen actually had this letter); E-xcellence in service; A-ttitude; R-esolve; T-eam player. It's the H-E-A-R-T of a successful realtor (in my mind) that sets him/her apart from an unsuccessful one. Do you agree/disagree?
