A major part of the battle ground when it comes to most things in life is the mind. And many people wonder why they're having such a hard go at it and then miss that they themselves just might be adding to their problems in the way that they think. I'm not advocating some Pollyannish or mind-over-matter approach to dealing with circumstances, neither am I suggesting that somehow one can create reality just by thinking it into existence. But what I am saying is that there are indeed benefits to positive thinking. When was the last time you evaluated what's going on in your head? If it includes any of the following thoughts (of course, there are others), it's time to be out with the old and in with the new...

Good list and things I'll bet most of us have running through our heads when things are challenging. Learning to turn each of those into a positive is key.

Interesting list of common negative thoughts although I was expecting a little more from this article besides the simple list.
It's all about stopping that wretched LEARNED HELPLESSNESS!
It helps to stay positive - have goals - be kind to others as best you can manage - have a passion for something - we can all get down which is a time to recharge your batteries and rest and relax as time is a healer
