Trapped (plus 49er video)

You're trapped. (Let's just say.) You're in a bad situation. I mean, things aren't going well, business is bad, the bills are piling up, it's really dark. (Get the picture?) Now for a lot of people the tendency is to withdraw, pout, scream or yell ~ give up and quit ~ you can fill in the blank with what is the typical and most common response to when a person's being squeezed by circumstances. (Yeee-ouch!) But let's just pause for a moment (in the midst of this trouble that I'm proposing you may or may not be in.) And let's add this caveat. What if you knew, in the midst of everything you're going through, that you were going to come through it just fine, all would be okay, everything would work for good? Would your attitude change? Would you be less irritable? Would you have more energy? Would you be more engaged? The video below is of one of the greatest runs by a football quarterback in NFL history. It's the perfect portrayal of what I'm talking about: believing you can make it, thinking that you will and how it's that kind of grittiness that winds up in the end zone. Touchdown! (And how do you know if you won't run right through that next tackle anyway?)
