4 Questions Rarely Asked About The Boss

There's a (quote) "hostility" in some work environments. Let me qualify that word "hostility." It's not like there's literal hand to hand combat between employees and employers, but there is a "thinking" among some workers that their boss is the enemy. And I guess some bosses don't help themselves who come off like Ebenezer Scrooge (or his close cousin).
Part of the problem on the employees' side of this equation I believe is we forget that the boss is human, too. He/she puts on his/her pants one leg at a time. He/she gets tired. He/she has "down" times. Along with that, he/she has the best interests of his/her workers in mind. (Most of them do.) He/she really does want the company to flourish and families represented to benefit. (I'm convinced of it.)
With this in mind, I've come up with the following list. Maybe you've asked these questions. Maybe you haven't. If you have, right on. If you haven't, think about making a change. You'll be surprised how you actually end up transforming your work environment and your ability to succeed when you do...
4 Questions Rarely Asked About The Boss:
1. How can I make my boss shine today?
2. What can I do today that will lend to the bottom line of my boss?
3. What attitude can I have that will add to a positive atmosphere in my boss's office?
4. How can I greet consumers (at the door, on the phone, online, in public) in a way that will promote the overall good will towards my boss's company?
