5 Things I Couldn't Live Without
My oldest daughter and I joke when the internet is down (not working) in our house that if we had to choose between the internet and oxygen, we'd choose the internet (actually, it may be me that started this).
So what couldn't you live without (in all seriousness)? The toothpaste? Toilet paper? Trips to the hair salon? Time with the boys? It really is interesting to wonder about.
And I really could live without a lot of things, but the fact is I don't always act that way. Do you ever get upset ( / lose your patience) when something you "need" isn't there? (I do.)
I really could live without a lot of things. (I'm writing it again so it sinks in ~ with me!)
I really could live without a lot of things. (I promise that was the last time.)
But there are some things I couldn't live without...
5 Things I Couldn't Live Without:
(please write in the comments what your list is)
1. My wife, kids and cat
2. Love
3. Family, friends
4. Forgiveness
5. The hope of heaven
(#6 is the internet. Those that know me might say sunflower seeds.) ;P

Like you I often have to take a step back and make lists like these to remind myself what is Actually important versus what my stressed out brain Thinks is. Here is my list:
1. Hubby, kids, cat and dogs (they all count as one right?)
2. Love
3. Laughter (cures all that ails me)
4. Being outside in God's glorious cathedral/nature
5. Music (even if it is just nature's soundtrack)
And yeah #6 is probably internet or a way to write since I would probably explode if I had no way to express the words that come bursting forth sometimes (can you tell I'm a writer? Heehee!)
