10 Mistakes People Make with Stress (plus 1 bonus):
1. Think it's always bad.
2. Mix up good stress (muscles don't develop/strengthen without it) with bad stress.
3. Over medicate to handle it.
4. Spend their whole life trying to avoid or worrying about it (ends up stressing them out more).
5. Are the primary contributors themselves to tension no matter where they go (maybe?).
6. Turn to alcohol to escape.
7. Overlook their own work-a-holism adding to it.
8. Aren't eating or sleeping right.
9. Aren't keeping themselves healthy and/or exercising (they're just a "couch potato").
10. Forget to nurture their spiritual life which reinforces calm.
