What Would You Say? - An Agent in Crisis
What would you say to someone who’s thinking about throwing in the towel on real estate? I mean, it’s been a while
since the last closing and the bank account is dwindling and the agent only has one listing (and it’s a mobile home for crying out loud!). It's that kind of scenario. What would you say? And then the second question is along the same lines: What would you want someone else to say if it was you in the situation? And what would just make you seethe if it was said?
Agent #1: Can I have your farm and past client’s list?
Agent #2: Have you tried to call the expired listings? What about a postcard campaign? Have you gone door-to-door?
Agent #3: We all go through hard times. Let me tell you about one of mine and how I handled it.
Agent #4: It’ll turn around. It just has to. Maybe if you work a little harder, that’ll make things happen. You need to pull yourself up by your own bootstraps.
Agent #5: Now’s not the time to give up. Let me help you. I’d like to give you some support until you can get yourself going in the right direction.
