Real Estate Fraud Fee - Like It or Not?

You've likely heard of the new fee to be imposed per real estate transaction that the Tuolumne County Supervisors just passed. It went down yesterday, a 5-0 vote. And so now in place is a $3.00 fee which will be collected each time property is sold "on specific pieces of paperwork" according to an article by Bill Johnson on mymotherlode.com.
