10 Mistakes People Make with Fatigue (plus 1 bonus):
1. Foster their own fatigue by burning the candle on both ends.
2. Forget that bad eating habits reinforce fatigue (too much sugar, fats).
3. Overlook the needy relationships ("high needs" people) that can be a drain (be balanced/set parameters).
4. Rarely take time off to replenish (feel guilty about doing so).
