Lightning fast read meant to make you think...
10 Mistakes People Make with War (plus 1 bonus):
1. Think it is never warranted.
2. Think it is never justified (remember Hitler and the Holocaust?).
3. Overlook it is meant to kill bad guys and break things.
4. Hold to the delusion that all wars can cease (not while selfish human beings still exist).
5. Are ready to go to war at the drop of a hat ("war hawk").
6. Are so against war that they let bad guys expand with no opposition (pacifists).
7. Mix up the bad guys with the good guys.
8. Support the bad guys over the good guys.
9. Think there is never a time where killing is justifiable (the correct translation of the sixth commandment is: "Thou shalt not murder" and not "Thou shalt not kill."). (Exodus 20:13; NIV)
10. Are oblivious to what Memorial Day is all about (it's the day America honors its war dead).
BONUS Lack compassion towards the families of the fallen.
