1. Marry just anyone.
2. Think they can change a person by marrying them.
3. Don't vet ("to make a prior examination and critical appraisal of") the other person.
4. Build it upon sex.
5. Think that there won't be any bumps along the way.
6. Don't plan for bumps along the away.
7. Are ready to throw in the towel over the littlest things.
8. Sign a prenuptial agreement prior to (which lays the ground work for a divorce).
9. Put the toilet paper roll on wrong.
10. Don't squeeze the toothpaste correctly.
BONUS Overlook / forget that love is blind and marriage is the eye-opener.
