Are You the Realtor® People Are Looking For?

What are people looking for in a real estate agent?

For that matter, what are people looking for in any person no matter what the career field?

Of course, they’re wanting an expert. Right?

They’re wanting someone who “knows the business.”

But they’re also wanting a whole lot more than that.

No matter what the level of expertise, people are also wanting someone who’ll go to bat for them, who’ll keep their best interests in mind (ahead of their own).

They’re also wanting someone with integrity, who’ll be up front with them, who’ll prioritize and listen to their needs and then make their buying or selling dreams come true.

And the list could go on and on as regards what people are looking for in a realtor®.

And even though it’s a tall order, I guess the bottom line is we need to be that person people are looking for.

And then when they run into others who are ready to buy or sell, it’ll be your name they mention and not for the wrong reasons.
