1. Lose their cool in the midst of negotiating.
2. Don't have a negotiation plan (just "winging it" is not a plan).
3. Overlook surprises (conflicts) that might arise.
4. Refuse to close if they don't get every last thing they want.
5. Forget to afford some wiggle room.
6. Overlook crafting a win-win situation for both sides.
7. Resort to manipulation to get their way.
8. Resort to intimidation to get their way.
9. Succumb to stronger personalities and give in to their own (or their client's) detriment.
10. Refuse to play fair.
