Lightning fast read meant to make you think...
10 Mistakes People Make with Nonsense (plus 1 bonus):
1. Are ignorant of the definition (nonsense: "1. words or language having little or no sense or meaning; 2. conduct, action, etc., that is senseless, foolish, or absurd; 3. impudent, insubordinate, or otherwise objectionable behavior," etc).
2. Are afraid to recognize it for what it really is (nonsense!).
3. Overlook that much of life simply does not make sense (e.g. why do bad people prosper/ "get a way with it"?).
4. Forget that many times a person acting nonsensically is a cry for help / warning sign of something else.
5. Overlook the role of alcohol in some nonsensical situations.
6. Are ignorant of their own nonsensical thinking and/or actions.
7. Are paralyzed from recognizing nonsense on the part of a charismatic man or woman because they are under their "spell."
8. Refuse to repent of their own nonsense because it makes them a lot of money / gets them a lot of applause.
9. Confuse nonsense with common sense due to an inadequate (or non existent) education.
10. Confuse nonsense with common sense due to a bad parental example.
BONUS Overlook that nonsensical talk (word slurring) is one of the signs of a stroke.
